Weekly Fitness class held at Hercules Gym - Ft Bragg, NC

M & W 8:45am - Cardio Jam , An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves, fitness moves, and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. A mixture of rhythms, fitness moves and different dance styles to bring your heart rate and fun factor up to a 10!

M & W 5:30pm - Strength and Cardio Class-

Bring the weight room to the cardio room! A strength training class specifically choreographed to use barbells and your own body weight to maximize your strength and define the muscles of your body. Each part of your body will get worked separately. Be prepared to leave the class feeling truly strong. Bring the power!

You will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic threshold every time so come prepared to get your cardio on!

 It will be a combination of strength, cardio and core - but every week will be a surprise!

$3 per class and class passes can be purchases on site
